Planktonic Red

Planktonic is a very bright NW Red with 8 hop varietals, a whisper of hibiscus and a vibrantly clean finish.

Plankton: Jellyfish are gelatinous zooplankton
Tonic: A substance giving the feeling of vigor

Smack IPA

ABV 7% IBU 70

Smack is the term for a group of Jellyfish (factoid). This IPA is balanced at its core. It’ll greet you with peaches, pine and bright citrus.

Saison Memoir

ABV 5.3% IBU 35

This light ale is very dry, and is blended with our barrel-aged, wild-yeast fermented Saison. It brings soft peppercorn, bright lemon, and funk to the party.

Low Glow IPA

ABV 4.4% IBU 34

We built this lower-calorie/lower abv IPA with Session IPA in mind. What we got was a very flavorful, and citrus forward IPA, with firm bitterness. Get it before Mark drinks it all.

Hydra Pils

ABV 5.4% IBU 26

Hydra is a classic pilsner with a clean malt body and a crisp hoppy finish. An all-German grain bill, and additions of Czech, French and German hops give this lager a truly continental lineage! Gold medal winner at Washington Beer Awards.

Cannonball Oatmeal Porter

ABV 6.2% IBU 33

Flaked oats and a variety of roasted malts contribute to the silky-smooth mouthfeel found in this robust American Porter. This beer has become an instant classic at Jellyfish!

Sour Suzie 20 ~ Kettle Sour Series

Crisp, refreshing and mid-tart, this Kettle Sour is sure to cool you down on these hot summer days. This edition features the little green gems, Kiwis!

Sir Hugs-A-Lot Hazy IPA

Bring it in! This juicy and tropical Hazy IPA is full of Ekuanot, El Dorado & Cashmere hops.  

Ryot Grrrl Rye Pale 

ABV 5.5% IBU 34

This Rye Pale Ale is very balanced. The abundance of rye in the grain bill adds a subtle spiciness and nice nose. As one of our patrons said, ‘I don’t know how to explain it, but it tastes like a real beer-flavored beer’. We can go with that.

Birra Chiara

This big ole Barleywine brings huge notes of caramel, toffee and dried fruit to the party. Warning: Habit Forming!

G’Town Shampayne

Another beauty from our barrel room, this mixed-culture, barrel-fermented Sour Golden has additions of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which contribute to a plump backbone for this tart gem.

JellyPop Hard Seltzer

ABV 5% 

A Party Water with natural flavors of Mango! We love this seltzer! The mangos lend a fruity tartness to all the bubbles.
