Smack is the term for a group of Jellyfish (factoid). This IPA is balanced at its core. It’ll greet you with peaches, pine and bright citrus.

This light ale is very dry, and is blended with our barrel-aged, wild-yeast fermented Saison. It brings soft peppercorn, bright lemon, and funk to the party.

Hydra is a classic pilsner with a clean malt body and a crisp hoppy finish. An all-German grain bill, and additions of Czech, French and German hops give this lager a truly continental lineage! Hydra will move into our permanent rotation. It’s very nice!

Sea Wasp Belgian Quad

Decadent and bold flavors of molasses, caramel, and dried fruit are the primary players in this HUGE Belgian Quad.
Experiment Zero Hazy IPA
ABV 7.8% IBU 74
This Hazy IPA features (2) experimental hops throughout. They impart notes of orange juice, orange peel & tropical fruit. These hops and this IPA are definitely of the NW, offering nice bitterness and aromatics.

Brownrigg Hard Cider
From our friends in the southend, Brownrigg brings us a delightfully dry cider that drinks a lot like a soft white wine. We are in love with this cider, and we will continue to carry as many eclectic concoctions from Brownrigg as we are able to get our hands on.
Sour Suzie 2

Back in the day, Justin decided to fill a red wine barrel full of our second version of Sour Suzie, which featured plump blackberries. The barrel was then primed and brettanomyces was added. The result is a beautifully complex fruity and funky sour ale.
Cerveza de los Muertos
ABV 8% IBU 20
Inspired by Pan de los Muertos, a scented cornbread served at Dia de los Muertos festivites, this Strong Ale has additions of Mexican chocolate, fresh orange & anise seed. Beware of the Muertos.

This Belgian/French Blonde Ale has been aged in a Red Wine barrel. The yeast delivers fruity esters and subtle spiciness. It’s quite lovely.
