This light ale is very dry, and is blended with our barrel-aged, wild-yeast fermented Saison. It brings soft peppercorn, bright lemon, and funk to the party.
Low Glow IPA

We built this lower-calorie/lower abv IPA with Session IPA in mind. What we got was a very flavorful, and citrus forward IPA, with firm bitterness. Get it before Mark drinks it all.

Sir Hugs-A-Lot Hazy IPA

This Hazy went through a rapid, hot fermentation thanks to a Kveik yeast strain. Additions of Ekuanot, El Dorado & Cashmere hops lend a super juicy flavor profile, featuring notes of papaya, melon & kumquat.
Dark Times Winter ALe
ABV 6.5% IBU 57
This robust Red Ale is aged on maple wood staves with additions of dark cherries and maple syrup. It’s plump and delicious.

Republic of Cider
Hibiscus Rose Julep! Fresh and floral, this dry cider finishes with very nice balance from a drop of agave. Born in SoDo.
Garth de los Muertos

We aged Cerveza de los Muertos (our subtly spiced Fall seasonal) in red wine barrels used to age Party On Garth (our Sour Red). The result is a very complex beer with forward notes of caramel and a finish of soft tartness.
Old Corrosive No 8
